Most Irish universities accept IELTS 6.0-6.5 for master's programmes. Students who completed their bachelor's degree in an English-medium institution may qualify for an English proficiency alternative. Some universities also accept PTE or TOEFL.
Master's programmes cost 10,000 to 18,000 EUR per year. Living expenses in Dublin are 12,000 to 15,000 EUR per year and outside Dublin 9,000 to 12,000 EUR per year. Total first-year cost approximately 24-35 lakhs. Scholarships and education loans available.
Ireland's Stay Back option allows master's graduates to remain in Ireland for 2 years to seek employment, giving access to the Irish and EU job market.
Both are excellent choices. Ireland is EU-based giving broader job market access, tuition is slightly lower on average, and both offer 2-year post-study opportunities for master's graduates. We help you decide which is the better fit during the eligibility review.
